This is the 3rd show we attended within 12 days in Japan. The 15th Tokyo Tube Fair is located at 秋葉原・損保会館 very near to Dynamic Audio 555 and Refino & Anhelo. Both are the biggest and top audio shops in Japan. This is our first time attend this show and there are many tube lovers in Tokyo. Although there are not many rooms and exhibitors, attendee are very serious on listening. We saw the same group of people coming back again and again to listen music.

This year we are very happy to team up with our new Japan partnership Yokohama Sound Trade (YST). The amplifier system is famous Jadis electronics from France and the loudspeaker is also the legendary Sterling L3/5A BBC monitor. For chinese we know very well this is an excellent combo, but what if we playback the latest 24/192 master files?

The combination sounds very nice, mixing tube technologies with latest digital sources. People are stunned by the performances of Weiss Minerva. We are very glad that the differences are so easy to hear that the colleagues in YST used many different type of music as references. The CEO of YST wrote a comment on the blog that there are people who listened to the unit during the show decided to buy one. We look forward for further partnership and hopefully there are more Japan audiophiles will enjoy the Weiss products.
