Design w Sound 2012

Hi, I bought DAC202 in last week and started play with Amarra2.2, found the sync clock converted to AES/XLR every time I exited the program, then I need to set the clock again to “Internal” every time for restart. I was told that it probably due to bugs in iTunes (or Amarra?) though I have not updated any new version lately.
Can you tell when and how the problem can be fixed?

Hi Man,

I found that the sound is not balance through the phone out. Sometimes the unbalance is very obvious. I found that moving Dac202 or adjusting the voltage out can solve the problem. However, even it becomes balance, there still have a little bit unbalance where the right is slightly brighter than the left… I tried many files which were giving the same result. Are there any users reports the same problem before? Should I bring back the dac to your shop for test?
